Our procedures are aimedat all our customers, whether your purchase was made directly or via a marketplacewith arrangements tailored to each situation. Our goal is to personally assist you, respecting the specifics of each order and platform.
If your product arrives:
damaged,
incomplete, or
not in accordance with the order,
please let us knowas soon as possibleby including:
your order number,
a description of the problem,
clearphotos(packaging, parcel label, product, observed defect).
Depending on the situation, several solutions may be offered:
sendingreplacement parts,
exchanging the product,
taking care of the returnandrefund.
Return deadlines
Unless otherwise stated on the product sheet or on the marketplace used, you have a period of14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of your order to exercise your right of return. This period allows the customer to check the conformity of the product, its general condition, and its suitability for the intended use. After this period, any return request may be refused, except in cases of defects or non-conformity covered by the legal warranty.
It is important to note that some partner marketplaces apply their own return rules. In these situations, it isthe marketplace's conditionsthat prevail, as they are directly integrated into the customer's purchasing journey. The exact terms applicable to your order are always reiterated at the time of purchase, in the order confirmation or in the section dedicated to returns on the relevant platform.
In case of doubt, we invite you to consult the conditions indicated in your marketplace customer area or to contact their customer service, which can clarify the steps to follow.
Return conditions
For the return to be accepted:
The product must be returnedcomplete, with all its accessories.
The product must be, as far as possible, in itsoriginal packagingor in packaging providing equivalent protection.
The product must not have beenassembled, used or damagedbeyond a simple trial.
The package must becarefully protectedfor the return transport.
Any damage noted upon receipt (breakage, significant signs of use, missing parts) may result in:
arefusal of the return, or
adeductionapplied to the refund.
Return procedure
If you placed an order via a marketplace, pleasemake the request directly from your customer accounton this platform (orders/returns section).
If you received specific instructions in your order confirmation, please follow them.
Once your request is accepted, you will receive the necessary information:
the return address,
or a return voucher / prepaid label,
as well as any arrangements for scheduling pickups for bulky items.
You carefully pack the product, ideally in its original packaging, and follow the provided instructions (drop-off at a collection point, home pickup, etc.).
Upon receipt in our warehouse, the product ischecked(condition, completeness, compliance).
Return costs
Thereturn costsdepend on the conditions of the marketplace or the commercial offer related to your order.
In general:
Returns motivated by adefect, transportdamageor apreparation error(different reference from the one ordered, for example) arecovered.
Returns forchange of mindmay be at the customer's expense, depending on the policy of the platform on which the purchase was made.
Detailed information is provided during your ordering process and/or in the 'Return Conditions' section of the relevant marketplace.
Refund or exchange
After receiving your return, the product is checked to verify its condition, completeness, and compliance. If the item is deemed compliant, you can benefit from either anexchange, when an identical replacement is available, or arefund. In this case, the refund is processed using the same payment method as that used for the order, within a maximum period of14 daysafter validation of the return. If the product shows signs of excessive use, missing parts, or damage due to insufficient packaging, a deduction may be applied; this will be clearly explained and justified before the final processing of the return. In all cases, we are committed to providing a quick, transparent response in accordance with the conditions of the marketplace on which the purchase was made.
After-sales service (SAV) and warranty
Légia Home products benefit from alegal warrantyin accordance with the regulations in force in the country of delivery.
The after-sales service may cover, depending on the case:
a manufacturing defect found after purchase,
an abnormal stability, structure or finish issue,
a defect that does not result from improper use or incorrect assembly.
Not covered:
damage related tonon-compliant use,
themodifications of the product,
normalwear and tear,
damage related to poor storage or handling.
